At Onesies Downunder, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items that have been tried on or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unwashed, unworn, and still in its original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your onesie in its original mailer or a sturdy box, clearly labeling the package with your Return Authorization number.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
